FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers.
What is the AI Digital Delegator program?+
A 6-week program in Nairobi that takes a Kenyan business owner from AI-curious to running a real AI assistant on WhatsApp. You build the assistant on your own business while you learn, and you keep it working for you after the course ends.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can do this program. We deliberately avoid jargon. You learn to manage an assistant, not to program one.
How much does it cost?+
One flat fee of KES 12,000 for the whole cohort, everything included. M-Pesa is accepted.
When does the next cohort start and how do I join?+
The Founding Cohort starts Monday, 20 July 2026. You apply first, with no payment up front. Seats are reviewed by hand, and once you're approved we send you a private link to reserve your place.
Is it online or in person?+
Both. Each week has one live online webinar plus short lessons and a real-work assignment you do inside your own business. The finale is in person at Hack House in Lavington, Nairobi, where you demonstrate your assistant and receive your credential.
How much time does it take per week?+
Plan for 3–4 hours: a few short lessons, one live webinar, and one real-work assignment you do inside your own business.
What exactly do I get at the end?+
Two things: a verified digital credential, and a working AI assistant on WhatsApp that already knows your business and keeps working for you after the program ends.
Is the assistant really mine after the course?+
Yes. The assistant, its instructions, and everything it learned about your business stay with you. That's the whole point of the program.
Do you have testimonials or success stories?+
Not yet, and we won't invent them. This is our founding cohort, so you won't find student success stories on this site. What you can check instead is who runs it: a founder-led team from Claude Community Kenya, a free AI community with more than 2,500 members.
What kind of businesses is this for?+
Kenyan micro and small businesses of every kind: shops, salons, agencies, farms, hardware stores. If customers ask you questions and you write quotes, an assistant can help.
What if I miss a webinar?+
Recordings go up in your learning hub the next day, and the weekly assignment walks you through the same ground at your own pace.
How is this different from a YouTube tutorial?+
Tutorials show you tools. This program has you hire, brief, correct, and grow a real assistant on your real business, with a cohort and mentors checking the work.
