What is AI Masterclass 101?
One live session for Kenyan business owners to get to know what AI really is: where it fits, what it costs, and the risks. You build a plain-language picture of how it works, so you can hand it real work with your eyes open and see through any tool that ships after. The slides, recording and a guided setup are yours to keep.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can do this. We deliberately avoid jargon: no coding, and when a term like “LLM” comes up, we translate it into plain words.
How much does it cost?
KES 3,000, everything included: the live session, the slides and recording, and the guided setup. You pay with M-Pesa at checkout.
When does it start and how do I join?
The masterclass runs Saturday, 25 July 2026. Save your seat on the checkout page and pay with M-Pesa. You log in with that same WhatsApp number.
Is it online or in person?
Online. One live webinar on Zoom, then the slides, recording and a guided setup are yours to keep and use at your own pace. Nothing to install to attend; it runs on your phone, around the shop.
How much time does it take?
About three hours for the live webinar. After that you go at your own pace with the recording and the guided setup, as much or as little as you like.
What exactly do I get at the end?
A real, working understanding of AI you can use with any tool, the slides and full recording to keep, a guided setup for your own AI workspace, and five short follow-up modules in your hub to work through at your own pace.
Do you have testimonials or success stories?
Not yet, and we won't invent them. This is our first paid session, so you won't find student success stories on this site. What you can check instead is what we've built with the same method: this site, the payment system behind it, and the software we run our own businesses on. We'd rather show you our work than borrow someone else's.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Kenyan micro and small businesses of every kind: shops, salons, agencies, farms, hardware stores. If you use a phone for work, this is for you.
What if I can't make the live session?
The webinar is recorded. If the day gets busy, the full recording is in your hub, along with the slides and the guided setup, so you lose nothing.
How is this different from a YouTube tutorial?
Tutorials hand you prompts to copy. This builds the understanding underneath, live, with a small Kenyan group, so you can judge any tool for yourself.
Is there anything after this?
Yes. AI 101 Masterclass is the first session on Fluent's training calendar, not the last. After it comes cohort 1: a guided programme where you put AI to work on your own business over several weeks, with people beside you. Dates for that aren't set yet. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first. The masterclass is the place to start.
