What does Fluent do?
Fluent is an AI training company in Nairobi. We train leaders and their teams to use AI on their own work, and build agents and workflows with teams that want them: training for organisations, one-to-one sessions for executives and founders, and live sessions and workshops on our events calendar.
Who is it for?
Leaders, executives and founders, and teams in organisations, from one team to a whole department.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Every session starts from how AI works.
How much does it cost?
Each live session and workshop shows its price on its own page on the events calendar. For training for your team, or a one-to-one session, ask us for the current rate.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes, from one team to a whole department. Everyone starts with the same foundations, then each person builds an agent for a task they repeat. Tell us about your team on the contact page.
Do you have testimonials or success stories?
We won't invent them. What we can show is the work: at a national utility, a team on our five-morning programme built two inspection apps from an empty folder.
Which tools do we use?
The ones you already use. The skill transfers across tools.
Is Fluent part of Anthropic or Claude Community Kenya?
No. Fluent is an independent company. Our founders volunteer with Claude Community Kenya, a free community run separately from Fluent, and two of them, Billy Mwangi and Peter Kibet, are Claude Community Ambassadors in their own names.
